So my wife and I have an ipod touch that are both connected to the same itunes account. Whenever one of us buys an app, it is available to download on the other ipod at no charge to download again. We just both bought Android phones. Can this same thing be done with the.Android market?

I have a 3rd gen iPod Touch. While playing with it I discovered that it has a Bluetooth service called "Wireless iAP" available… Does this have anything to do with getting Internet via Bluetooth? And if not, what is it exactly?
