    If i spend an hour on the cross trainer a day and quite healthy will i tone up?

    Im a size 12 and i want to tone up for the summer, i am curvy but obvioulsy have the flabby bits on the stomach and thighs etc and just want them to tone up... but im not sure how long it would take thanks :)x that should have said *eat quite healthy* lol
