I know the governor legalized it, but I don't think that yet overrules the federal ban against it - except in Vegas, Oregon and maybe two other states that don't have it anyway. Does anyone know for sure if Delaware has it? NOT JUST ON THE LAW BOOKS, BUT PLACES WHERE SOMEONE CAN MAKE AN ACTUAL...
