    Sharp pains in vaginal walls?

    I've been having them for almost a week. I'm a virgin. My period is coming soon but normally my PMS symptoms are always the same so this scares me. There isn't any discharge of any sort. Oh, and i don't use tampons either.. any solutions to what this could be?
