    misc body/interior panels normally are not covered in warranties... that said your only options are to either deal with it or get a new one off from somewhere. they are simple to replace, 1-3 screws and maybe a connector to unplug, installation reverse of disassemble

    if you dont want to modify the frame, well for 1, any swap other than maybe a focus svt swap is a bad idea... LS1 would be an extremely bad swap because you would have to convert it to RWD, and if you dont want to modify the frame, im guessing you dont want change a whole rear end
