    got 2 questions,got a 95 dodge van,it idles and wont start quick?

    every time i get in to start it, it takes awhile to start. has new plugs and wires. what can i do? next is that when it starts it idles for about 4 seconds and goes back to its rpm.then it idles up again and it keeps doing it till i put it in drive. it does that only when is on park, the idle...
