I went to a shop recommended by a friend of mine to get started on a cover up tattoo, and I got the outline done. I wasn't too happy with the place, and would like to know if it is possible to have a new artist color the tattoo in without the other place getting upset?

I was just wondering exactly how did the Nazis succeed in just coming into Paris and taking over? Wasn't their any kind of resistance or insurrection ? What did the police of Paris? I have always wondered exactly how this scenario played out. Any ideas?
