Do the headlights from a 96-99 Honda Civic fit the Honda del Sol cars?

I have a 1993 Honda del sol S. I can't find the power steering fluid reservoir and i'm just wondering if there were any that didn't have power steering? Does the tilt wheel mean theres no power steering? The owner's manual says it should have a red cap and be right next to the windshield washer...

Anyone that has a Honda del sol, do you have a rubber seal around the headlights and turn signal? I noticed on mine that theres a seal around the turn signals, but not around the headlights or fog lights. I'm just wondering, is there supposed to be a seal there or no?

When i drive down roads with bumps and stuff my Del Sol's Targa Top vibrates a little like the back of it is bouncing a little. It's locked in and everything. Is everyone's like this or is there something I can do to fix it?
