I'm trying to get into a course of graphic design and i need to produce a folder with like graphic work etc. including making a visual statement of my interests, goal, fears...etc. so what should a 'visual statement' look like? a collage perhaps?

im cooking popcorn and i dont have any vegetable oil so is sunflower oil alright to use for cooking?
