I had fish tanks as a kid and want to get back into the hobby. I forgot a lot of stuff. :( Is there anywhere online I can do some reading before I get my first tank as an adult?

I visited OG last Monday for a belated Valentine's Day celebration. I had a fantastic glass of wine, but I can't remember what it was called. It was a white wine, almost a dessert wine and very sweet. It was slightly carbonated. Imported from Italy-- I believe Sicilian but I'm not sure...
