My neighbor is threatening another neighbor over loud music. She says that she is going to get a remote that will turn off his home stereo from her own backyard whenever he turns it up. She has no idea what brand or type of equipment he has. Is her threat even possible then?

I just heard the 911 call for the family that was killed when this happened. They were forced to go 120MPH down the road and couldn't stop. I know there's a slim chance of it happening to me but I'd like to know the best actions to take. Thank you from me and my family. :)
