I was working on this project and suddenly I can't use certain tools like dodge/burn and smudge on it. I can use paintbrush and pencil and others, but not others. I can in other projects if I open a new one, but not the one I'm trying to work on

Lately my profile photo doesn't load at all, after trying out pictures from my computer without uploading them to see The only time I see the picture loaded on my profile is after selecting a texture..but it doesn't load when I or other people open it...
