I bought a 2011 Honda Accord and the dealer told me all new Honda have a hole in the rear deck and it is in the Honda manufactureing process but can't tell me WHY it is there. Anyone Know Why and if it is true?

For the past four years I've had a vapor lock everytime when the temp gets over 90 degrees. After trying to get it started for 30 or so minutes it will start after waiting for 5-10 minutes. Then when I take it to the shop they can't find anything wrong with it. It only happen once or twice each...
