    If you update the iPhone or iPod Touch baseband, can you downgrade it back?

    So: I saw somewhere that if you update the software to developers' 4.0b 1, it will update the baseband to 05.13.03. Is it possible, if I want to downgrade to 3.1.2 or 3.1.3, to downgrade that baseband, too?
