Question is self explanitory- I'm getting a bike in a couple of months or so and I will do some pretty heavy duty biking at that time. Problem is I am pretty out of shape as it stands now... Is there any specific training I can do without any equipment? Or just start running to get my endurance...
I have a relatively hilly ride to work, and I think the bike a have no isn't specifically meant for the roads?
What would it be called and what is the price range for that?
