    how do you get your speaker to work on a cell phone that is a samsung?

    My 6 month old daughter got ahold of my phone and now off and on speaker the volume it won't go any higher. You can bearly hear anyone with it. What do i do? I need my phone, so plz help. its not a touch or a slide, Its a flip. its one of the older ones
