My dream is to open my own restaurant (chain if possible). However, I HATE economics, finance, math, numbers, etc. I'd like to work more in the concept, design, administration, etc. Do you think I need a degree in some type of business? What should I study? Any advice helps!

Let me get this straight-- I'm not thinking a small independent hole-in-the-wall. My dream is to open up a large, nice restaurant in various locations (maybe a chain, but you gotta start small). I'm about to go into college undeclared, What should I study? I'm terrible at math and...
