i want to put videos on this mp3 device,but i lost the cd that lets u convert ur videos,when i tried putting my videos from files windows media player it says that i cant,is their something that lets me convert my videos so i can place them on my mp3? please help

I went today to apply for Wallmart Credit card but they didt approved! is that because My Bank of america Credit card is Full Securd ? Because they approved to give my wife Credit card from wallmart today , but her bank of america credit is not securd. thank
