Ya, your argument seems to be pretty legit. If you see an empty parking space you cant shotgun it. If theres a car parked thats a different story.

It will take around 100 dollars. Like said before, its a lot cheaper. Its really not that hard and the spark plugs will cost you no more then 20 dollars. If you arnt familiar with cars or dont have a friend that can help out then i guess your going with the 100 dollars.
