    tried priming 2003 dodge diesel, didn;t start. what do i do now?

    i tried turning key to on. i hear prime pump for a few seconds. o try to turn on, doesn't work i repeat several times still not turning on.

    i heard it has a self primer and that i don't need to prime line. if not how do i prime the line
