I am looking for my 1st road bike and i have came across a fzr 600 at a decent price but i am not sure if they are learner legal,i have tried researching but i haven't had any success with it,i am currently in south Australia so i need to find out before i buy it if anyone can help please

i have a 1991 hilux surf wreck and i need a new diff centre for my hilux ute,will the diff centre and other parts be a direct bolt onto my hilux without little or modifications
