    kung fu or Neijia arts? Neijia is the 3 internal arts tai chi chuan, baguazhang and xingyiquan. i want to learn a martial art that is proven to be most affective due given training and effort.

    Does shaolin kung fu carry any kendo techniques or any koryu arts?

    i want to learn to fight like a samurai but there is no school in my city that teaches anything so i have resolve to learn kung fu but i hope it has some original sword techniques that kendo was originated from.
