Well I got accepted to the high school pre-med academy, but I'm just wondering, how will this help me for college, and like, basically, what are the benefits? I want to be a general surgeon by the way

Will Royal Palm Beach High School get 8 classes next year? Because I'm hearing this from my friends and i don't really beleive it. I got accepted into their pre-med program, so if someone else knows about it please tell me about it....... Thanks I guess
