Does it mean you haven't moved your mouse or anything in a while like on msn when it puts you as away? OR does it mean you have your facebook page open but minimized..you're working on something different? I've always wondered what it means but... if they're really offline why is their name there?

I charge $25 per overnight stay while i'm watching people's pets.. I have someone who is going on a trip for 10 days and is wondering about getting a discount. Should I give them one, and how much? I was thinking of making it $20 since it's going to be 10 days...is this too little or too much or...
