    Is a Honda XR80 a racing bike?

    I am the second owner of my XR80. The 1st owner put on new shocks, new tires, and he changed the exhaust pipe to a special performance one that is along the side of the bike, not under the rear tire. Can you tell me if that is a racing 4 stroke bike?
