I pushed the 1 & the 6 and i got this U 2202 L 0052 now i just need the code.

I recently purchased a sidekick ID, it's already unlocked and everything. When i put the sim card in it even says Cingular network but I can't recieve/send any text or calls. What do i have to do to get it to work?
