when i turn my turn signal on or have my parking lights on when i push my brake and the lights come on they both flash or the wrong side comes on the front end turns signals works fine all bulbs r new and i need help

when i turn my turn signal on or have my parking lights on when i push my brake and the lights come on they both flash or the wrong side comes on the front end turns signals works fine all bulbs r new and i need help

and its supposed to push about 45 to 50 pounds of oil but is only pushing 15 pounds what could be causing this
