Hello, I have never been to D.C. before, but I am going there this summer. I plan on asking my girlfriend to marry me. I need some suggestions though as far as a restaurant where I can take her. We both like American/Italian food if that helps. Thanks for any input you may have!

I am looking into purchasing an '05 Honda Accord Sedan, either LX or EX. I just wondering if insurance is expensive? I know the older models (mid 90's) are on the top 10 most stolen vehicles. Thanks in advance for any insight you can give!
