    I recently bought a panasonic GH3 and it won't import to adobe premiere?

    I can shoot in AVCHD or MOV. Obviously i'm going to shoot im MOV, because 1) it'll have a higher bit rate and thus high quality. 2) it'll be easier to edit with. Am I right? Why isn't it importing to Adobe premiere. I'm extremely confused. Can someone give me some advice? Here's what i'm...

    i'm on jack3d right now and it's good but im looking for the best. i want to stay away from creatine, so what's the best preworkout? a lil creatine isn't bad, but i don't want to constantly watch my water intake. any ideas?
