I wanted to install installous 4 but i see the app install it and it never appears on my home screens or when i slide over. and now i cnt open settings!!!! need help!!!

is the ppsh and all the new weapons in the mystery box please tell me im dying to know and is the flame thrower in the box or is it hidden like in the old map.....
