I live in Chinatown, so I know I can take the 1 bus to Hawaii Kai to go Koko head. However, I know that it doesn't stop where the hike is so I need to get off nearby. I don't know where to get off because I'm not familiar with the Hawaii Kai area.

I've been overworking myself from sports and developed shin splints. The trainers put ice on my shins after every practice, but every time i take off the ice i see hives breaking out on the area where the ice pack was. It usually lasts for about 1-2 hours and it's getting really annoying since...
