Like i drink black tea when i wake up and that's it then when I'm done with my work out i eat food but will drinking tea b4 my workout effect it? like will I still burn fat???
And do I need to workout as soon as I wake up? or can it be at anytime as long as is on a empty tummy???/
I want to lose weight,I was hungry so i ate 2slice wheat bread and 1 low fat yogurt for breakfast before my workout but can i still exercise? People say is best to lose fat and exercise on a empty stomach so since I ate that do i need 2 wait for 2morrow to exercise on a empty stomach?
