I have a Palm Pre Plus. When I try to make a phone call or receive one the phone goes mute. I have system sounds up and I can hear my phone ring, I pick up and there's silence. I don't hear a dial tone before I dial a number like usual or hear the sound effects of the buttons being pressed...
