That seems rather difficult.. if if not, then impossible to do. How do they prove if a fire is the result of arson or whether it was just accidental? Besides obvious things, i.e. CCTV. Oh and I know it's probably possible to prove a fire that was induced by burning petrol, but I mean those cases...
