i just got my new htc phone, and whenever i try to watch transformers 1 or 2 it says that the media is not found. Also when i try to play my games an error message appears and requests I insert a storage card where the game can be found. Anyone able to help?

I'm trying to decide whether to buy the HTC HD2 or the HTC Touch Pro 2, and I was wondering whether system updates (Newer Versions of Windows) were offered by T-Mobile for the Touch Pro 2.
