I think you can certainly get Mavic Crossrides for under £200 and I would go for those. Azonic are not good wheels. Spokes are an important factor too. I would consider the Mach 1 sub-zero X-TRA lite as they come with brill DT Swiss champion spokes- or at least they did. I have no idea about...
The Puma is excellent to drive and a bit of a collectors item so it will keep its value. As it is based on a fiesta it will be cheap to fix, but insurance will be steep as it is still a bit racier than a supermini.
