It's not actually mine, it's my dad's. He was fixing a project of mine with superglue, and he now found out he accidentally got some superglue lodged between one of his buttons. (the four main buttons, home, back, etc.) How could he remove it? Serious answers please, thank you

I know what it is and i know how to get rid of it. But what is it actually doing? Keylogger? like what. What ever it is please give me a definition of it is too, I'm not very smart with that kind of thing. Thanks!
