Recent content by HELP! i lost my keys!

I'll be listening to some music or the radio and try to turn the volume, it turns itself down all the way to mute and there is nothing i can do to change this except turning the phone off and on again. Does anyone have this problem and know what to do i have already hard reset it.

I have it one second! Had to go look at the bottle it is by Seven Sea they do it with orange syprup thing and a lemon one.
