I got a replacement phone and got backup assistant. i went online to the backup assistant, selected all my contacts and pressed sync, but nothing's happening, my contacts still aren't on my phone, and it never says sync complete. HELP!?

Turns out my Dad has an Adobe Photoshop, it's Adobe Photoshop 6.0, is it really old? What's the photoshop everyone uses?
