    Sounds like you tore the foreskin, if it's a little tare it should heal fine, it's skin so i wouldn't worry about it too much. If you mean the frenulum the vein that holds the foreskin and the penis together than i'd say..go to a hospital? because i'm not even sure if you could heal that on...
