Hello. I have a large wound, about 1.5"x2.5". It's on the surface and not deep. I've been keeping it clean with soap and water and bandaged up with antibotic cream (neosporin). Daily I change the bandage because it becomes soggy with the blood and pus. Should I be wiping that stuff off before...
