I am going to take my road test soon, and my mom told me I needed my windshield washer to work. The wipers on the car do work and will wipe away rain, but the washing fluid isn't working right. Will my car be banned from the test based on this? The wording isn't clear to me.

well..... i have like NO money :( so i have had the idea of doing a car wash, i have started making a poster :) i will charge around £4.50 for a small or medium car and £6.75 for a large/big car or van :) do you think thats reasonable as my mum said it is ??? And is it a good idea? thanks :) x
