I entered my baby in photo contest on internet called great american photo contest. to fully enter u have to pay $20. Could this be a scam? Anyone know anything about this contest? Are there baby photo contests out there that are legit. Please let me know. Thanks.

i was just wondering if the new blackberry torch was a good phone to buy? has anyone had any problems with it? any complaints? i thought like it looked like a good phone. should i purchase it? good feed back also. thanks.
