    Can I add some reg. milk to the evaporated to stretch it? Pumpkin pie?

    I have whole milk and a mini can of evaporated(does it expire LOL, my mom had it and never used it), so can I just stretch the evaporated into the 14 oz I need to make a pumpkin pie?
