    is cup of tea with milk bad for bodybuilders?

    Hi I am doing bodybuilding programme. If I am having tea with normal milk every day, is it increasing fat in my body? as i can see from some time I am getting love handles and and bit fat in my stomach. that's why I have completely stopped having Sugar and milk.
