    can you use lotion as an eyeshadow primer?

    just wondering i have lots of lotion natural kind will it work? i'm planning on getting the 120 manly palette lol!!!

    how much do you spend on your eye shadow primer and eyeshadow?

    i would like to just spend a dollar for some regular primer not 8 dollars not 14 dollars but how can i find some cheaper?
