I cannot hear any sound unless I put speaker on my dext/cliq phone, do you think it's a setting which I have the sound off or something? any1 kno how i can fix this

Hi i dropped my htc snap on the floor and now it doesn't work at all doesn't turn on and when i plug it in it doesn't say "charging". How can i fix it it wasn't even a hard drop, it fell on the stairs The Phone Fell Down And Stopped Working. What Do I Do Now? as detailed as i can go ?
