im 15 and 5'7....and i have some abs...and i want show them but i have belly fat...so i need some exercises or whatever that will loose my belly fat in short time and PLEASE i dont want any squats or dead lifts OR ANY OTHER EXERCISE THAT STOP YOUR HEIGHT FROM GROING...please answer thankss....
im 15 and i have little belly fat...i do abs exercise on every other day and i would like to know if abs exercise loose belly fat and show abs or do they just get you abs and you have to loose your belly fat to show them?
