si joint nerve ablation how often does this have to be done

I've just bought a slow cooker, and although I cook my meats, fish etc via other methods, I prefer to cook my veggies in the slow cooker. But for how long, and at what temperature? Many thanks.

the foods i eat always seem to go to my thighs, but no where else. people always say targeted weight loss is hard, but since i have no problem with targeted weight gain it should be no problem haha :P what kind of exercises are good? (nothing to hard on the joints because i have arthritis)...
