I use a Telus LG BL40 and i am wondering how i can "Flash" the phone to another provider or generic. Phone is already unlocked

My LG BL40 New chocolate device is originally from TELUS and it is unlocked. I would like to "Flash" it to FIDO or Rogers. Or if it is possible i would like to flash it to generic. Can this be done? How? If it cannot be done, is there an alternative?

I have a TELUS LG BL40 New Chocolate... The phone was unlocked and used with a different provider. I tried factory reset and still every time that i turn it on it still shows the TELUS logo and alot of things on the phone are still personalized to Telus. Is there a way to remove that?
